Low Carb Granola

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups slivered almonds (or rough chop your own)
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup flax seeds
1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
4 TBSP coconut oil
1 ts vanilla
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients really well. Then place granola on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 for about 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes.

Then I dehydrated my own blueberries and strawberries to add to the mix. Most bags of dried berries have sugar added.

Divine when eaten with some homemade whipped cream or on top of the low car cheesecake with whipped cream! Yum yum.
