Breakfast of Champions!

Getting my kids and hubby to eat their fruits and veggies can be a daunting task. But not with this!!!

My in-laws gave us the Magic Bullet for Christmas. One thing pops in my head when I see it... SMOOTHIES!!!

Here is my Power Smoothie Recipe:

3/4 cup Light N Fit Vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
1/4 cup strawberries, frozen
4-5 baby carrots
Splash of milk

Blend in the magic bullet and VOILĂ€!

Breakfast in bed!!!
