The diet I am on is very restrictive. I needed something refreshing and this slush fit the bill perfectly! Here you go all you New Year's weight losers!

Raspberry Lemon Slush

1/4 cup lemon juice
10 ice cubes
8 frozen raspberries (or any berry)
3/4 cup cold water
3 packets of Truvia (stevia no cal sweetener)

Blend and enjoy! I sure love my Magic Bullet. 10 seconds away from pure bliss.

Too bad I can't top this with some whipped cream! Well soon enough. In a little while I get to transition to low carb and no so many restrictions!!!

  2. Okay well, we aren't on a "diet" but we are trying to stop eating so much chocolate and yummy bad things! So this is perfect for us, I actually picked some no cal sweetener up today just so I could make this guilt free :) :)
