I made this wonderful recipe for Whole Wheat Graham Crackers that I found on Heaven Homemaker. They turned out great. I made the following changes to the recipe:
1). I used brown sugar instead of dehydrated cane juice... I still cant find it around here. Maybe I better check at Whole Foods.
2) I only baked for 15 minutes, then left in the over for the given time... my oven seems to cook things faster. When I went the whole 18 minutes.... they turned out a little burnt.
