1). I used brown sugar instead of dehydrated cane juice... I still cant find it around here. Maybe I better check at Whole Foods.
2) I only baked for 15 minutes, then left in the over for the given time... my oven seems to cook things faster. When I went the whole 18 minutes.... they turned out a little burnt.
SO go make some yummy and healthy for you GRAHAM CRACKERS. Perfect for kid or adult snacks or for crumbling up to make CHEESECAKE CRUST (yes Lisa.... you can do it) or to make the Peanut Butter Bars.
