Still have left-over TURKEY??

Here is the best recipe for turkey left-over on the face of this planet! I got this recipe from my grandparents. To be honest, I would rather have the turkey this way, than the turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. This meal makes the fuss of cooking a turkey WORTH the LEFT-OVERS!!! Yes this casserole has broccoli in it, and even the pickiest people I know who HATE broccoli LOVE this casserole!

Turkey Broccoli Casserole

1 - 7oz box of Minute Rice (or 3-4 cups of cooked brown or white rice)
2 cups cooked broccoli
1 lrg jar of Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c diced onion
1/2 chopped celery
2 cups left over turkey
salt and pepper to taste
crushed potato chips or corn flakes

Directions:

1) Mix all ingredients together (except crushed chips or flakes) and put in a 9x13 greased casserole dish.

2) Sprinkle top with crush chips or corn flakes

3) Bake for 1 hr at 350 degrees.

Variations:

-Add a can or two of mild green chiles
-Use chicken breast, instead of turkey
-Use velveeta cheese or queso, instead of cheez whiz
