Here is the yummy dip we ate for Super Bowl:
1 block cream cheese
1 can fat free evaporated milk
3/4 c mozzarella cheese
1 9oz bag fresh spinach
1 medium onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 ts hot sauce
1 ts worchestershire sauce
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil under tender and browned. Coursely chop spinach and add to the garlic onion mixture and let cook down until completely wilted. Drain spinach mixture with strainer and set aside.
Heat evaporated milk, add cream cheese and mix until completely smooth. Add hot sauce, salt and worchestershire sauce. Add mozzarella cheese and let simmer until it is time to serve.
Serve with fresh veggies, chips, French bread, crackers or pita!
